Official Return Policy

Reporting & Return Window

All return requests and claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items **must be filed within 24 hours of delivery**. Claims filed after this window will be rejected. Verification requires photographic evidence.

Condition of Goods

Returned consignments must remain completely unused, unaltered, and packed securely in their original packaging to be validated.

Return Logistics Fees

Customers or merchants are responsible for return shipping logistics fees unless the return is a direct result of a courier or company error.

Refund Processing

Approved claims and refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days and returned back to the original method of payment.

Cancellation Rules

Shipments can only be canceled for a full refund prior to the package being picked up or processed by our dispatch rider.
