Terms of Service
Official conditions governing cargo bookings, international courier transit, bill of lading documentation, and secured freight operations.
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a shipment, generating a bill of lading, initiating a commercial cargo consignment, or utilizing our tracking systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service between you (the "Shipper" or "Consignee") and Pandoon Express (incorporated under international maritime registry in Panama City, Panama).
2. Freight Forwarding & Carriage Standards
Pandoon Express acts as a licensed multi-modal transport operator and freight forwarder. We arrange and manage transit through scheduled air cargo flights, ocean container routes (FCL/LCL), and bonded ground dispatch fleets.
- Declared Manifests: Shippers must accurately declare commodity values, weights, dimensions, and dangerous goods classifications in compliance with international maritime and IATA protocols.
- Customs & Regulatory Clearances: Import duties, VAT, port tariffs, or regulatory inspection fees are the responsibility of the designated payer as per agreed Incoterms (DAP, DDP, CIF, FOB).
3. Secured Commercial Freight & Cargo Protection
When services are booked under our High-Security Commercial Freight Service:
- Consignments are inspected and cataloged at origin transfer terminals before international carriage.
- Tamper-evident physical security seals and digital milestone confirmations ensure chain-of-custody integrity throughout transit.
- In-transit consignments undergoing customs or compliance reviews are secured in bonded holding facilities until clearance documentation is finalized.
4. Milestone Tracking & Proof of Delivery
Our real-time milestone tracking network provides authoritative proof of delivery (POD), electronic signatures, and customs clearance timestamps. Checkpoint scans represent official legal custody handoffs within the Pandoon Express carrier chain.
5. Governing Law & Arbitration
These terms and all maritime/intermodal transport agreements shall be governed by international maritime commercial law and standards of carriage. Inquiries may be addressed to our legal desk at [email protected].
